Rates:  $50.00-180.00 per 1 hour session (individual or family), depending on client's insurance and counselor's level of experience.

We strongly recommend contacting your insurance company and speaking directly with a customer service represenative regarding your mental health or behavioral health coverage.  The information on the front of your card or online is often inaccurate.  Please refer to our Helpful Forms section for a guide on what to ask your insurance to determine coverage.  We have had occasions in which a client thought they had a copay for services and they, in fact, had a deductible.  This can lead to a very large unexpected out of pocket amount.  Due to liability purposes, we do not verify coverage on your behalf.  

Filing your insurance:   We will file insurance on your behalf if we are in-network with your insurance carrier.  There are some exceptions to filing your insurance if you have primary and secondary insurance. If you have primary and secondary insurance, please ensure you have a full understanding of how your insurance is filed and what the limitations and restrictions are surrounding this. 

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs):  We do not provide EAP services.  We do not accept EAP from private insurance, even if we accept that insurance.  For example, we may accept Cigna, but we do not accept Cigna EAP.

Co pay, Co insurance, Deductibles, and any other out-of-pocket payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Reduced Fee:  Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment:  We accept cash, check, and credit cards.  We have a 1.50 convenience fee for credit card use. Payment is due prior to or at the time services are rendered. Please bring your payment to the counseling session.  If you receive telehealth services, please call the office with your payment prior to your appointment, mail a check to be received by our office prior to your appointment, or register for auto-pay through our client portal.

Cancellation Policy:  Please notify us 24 hours business hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Clients (or guardians) will be billed for missed appointments if there was not a 24 hour ( 1 business day) notice given. Please note that insurance does not pay any portion of a missed appointment and the client or guarantor is responsible for the full payment.  Please see our Policies and Procedures tab for more information about our no-show/late-cancellation policy.
